I purchased a window bracket from Black Moose for my wife's Lexus ES350, and I'm very pleased with the results. The part worked perfectly, and now the window functions smoothly and reliably. The quality of the bracket surpassed the original factory plastic piece by far. I'm impressed with Black Moose's product and service, and I'll definitely be returning for future needs.

Solid quality. Great instructions.

The part was a perfect match and much better quality than the original part. It arrived in the mail quicker than I expected. Thank you.

Very high quality machined replacement for a troublesome plastic clip. Although the price seems high for what it is, there really isn’t a viable OEM replacement option on the market, at least that I could find. The other choices are to buy an OEM window($600+) or a cheap Chinese replacement window.
This repair kit comes with everything you need to make the repair. The whole process, once I had the door panel off, took less than 15 minutes.

It was a complete kit. It had everything needed to do the job - even including the window clip adhesive.

Fast shipping, great fast response to question. Fits perfect.

Part was hard to find till I stumbled on this site. great communication accurate & quick. Part fit as promised, with a full refund if necessary. excellent experience with a company with a true case of customer service.
Thanks for your help!

Excellent communication and a top notch product that is unobtanium from anywhere else on the planet, unless you want to buy the whole damn window. Simple, yet VERY effective. well designed and the car will die of rust before this new part breaks.

I saw some plastic window clips on Amazon, but did not trust fitment or durability so I paid up for the aluminum front and back clips as I just don't want to do this task a second time. The website instructions are good. Kit shipment to Hawaii took a week. I had taken the door card off to diagnose and left it off awaiting kit. The car would not lock, so it took a bit to realize the door switch on the car, not the door was not being sufficiently depressed without the door card. With the kit finally in hand we removed the window from the door completely to make scraping off old adhesive easy. The new black adhesive is messy stuff. At first I thought my tube had dried up as the contents did not come out with cap puncture. I used a blade to cut open the adhesive tube at the top to examine. The adhesive seemed to be encapsulated in its own semi aged self. Upon puncturing that encapsulation sufficient adhesive could be obtained, though messy. Use the supplied gloves for this, and if you still get it on your skin as I did isopropyl alcohol and paper towel will help. I left the door card off until the adhesive dried a day later and I could perform several window tests. In summary, this is a great kit and I am extremely happy this product was engineered and marketed. I wish lots of well deserved success to this small business.

Although I purchased both clips only one was needed. My mechanic replaced both clips. His comments were fairly positive. The most difficult part was removing the old adessive. He said he went through a few razor blades. He used plyers to hold the razor blades to remove the adhesive. The clips according to my mechanic worked perfectly. Installation was easy except he wasn't sure if the window was going to seat properly. After more than 60 hours of curing time the window works perfectly. Great product, I have already mentioned it to friends and neighbors.

Great product! I bought the whole kit for my daughters car and it went pretty smooth. I do wish it came with instructions but I found everything on Google. Thanks guys nice product.

Bought the pieces for a 2012 Lexus ES with the expectation of broken tabs. Turned out, the screw for the front tab had fallen out and there was never a rear tab screw installed. Since the door is a closed system, the screws have to be within the door walls. Using hands and magnets, there was no rear clip screw since factory installation which explains the loosening and eventual loss of the front screw. I will be saving the clip parts for a future failure, but one original bolt and a spare metric threaded bolt repaired the window. Still have a problem with the pinch point setting.

the parts fit like a glove and replaced front and back on the window. Let them cure for 3 days and opened the window up and down, worked like new again. Thanks Marv

So far so good. I have an issue with the amount of adhesive. Not enough for my doing but we made it work. I paid for 2 day shipping it took a week. From Thursday to Thursday. But I'm good. Thanks.

Great way to avoid hundreds of dollars to be spent at dealer. Had a fun afternoon while fixing passenger side front window. Couldn't expect it will be so easy. I bought both clips and replaced them, even the only one was broken. It's worthy , in order not to disturb that door panel in a future. Now it works like a charm. Besides good instruction provided , it was also very helpful youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dv1-_xel5nI . The only regret , then you are running machine shop as I do , you could make them in a heart beat if you would only have measurements... But anyway, Rich, great job to help people to save hundreds of dollars. Thanks.

Rich,
Finished repairing our 07' ES 350 yesterday with the passenger window clips kit, and let me say, "that window is goin up and down like a young squirrel in a hickory nut tree!" Next week is Thanksgiving Holiday, and really wanted to say thank you for an excellent product that is superior to the OEM part. The kit and instructions are exactly what is needed to make the repair smooth. Would highly recommend this part to anyone needing to repair their ES 350 window. Again, thank you, God bless you and your family, and I hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Rich at Black Moose is amazing to work with! He knew exactly what I needed and shipped it to me right away. The part was much cheaper than if I had the dealer repair it. Rich saved me about $600 so, yes, I am extremely happy. Quality part and quality service from a quality guy. Thank you again, Rich, and Black Moose. I pray your business is very successful!

This product, the instructions, the required material, shipment time and ease of repair were excellent. I can not add anything to improve the window repair. If it happens to another window I would immediately go back to Black Moose and repeat the process. I have full trust in this organization if I decide to buy any other item they sell!

Perfection! As a technician I truly appreciate when a company has perfected a product to the fullest. These guys have done it. And it is made here in our own Country. Keep up the great work!

Perfect replacement for the broken plastic clip. I toyed with the idea of getting an EBay clip but this was the right part.

Lexus was charging me over $800. I ordered one clip kit and paid $68 for labor. It works perfect! I'm so happy with my purchase.

The replacement of the window clip was very easy. I purchased an inexpensive set of panel tools and followed the instructions and everything went as planned. This is the perfect replacement.

Now worry free of having this window issue again. Glad I found this product. Yours is the only one out there Ive seen. Thank you!

Seem to do the trick and fix the off track window

Excellently and professionally made! Light weight but strong. In the kit is everything you need to remove the old broke clip and adhesive and easily install this new awesome aluminum clip. This clip will surely not fail for the life of the window/vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

Lexus should be installing these! Worked well and was not difficult to do. Nice kit with gloves, etc. USE THE GLOVES!!

Very well made product -- perfect fit -- exact duplicate to original except better made out of better material. Why doesn't the manufacturer do this!!!!

First of all, I'm a76 year old man with some flexibility issues and on a fixed income. When the passenger window dropped out of sight and would not come up I had the good fortune to
search the internet on Lexus problems and discovered the potential $1200 repair. Ouch!!!
Saw a reference to your product and the instructions provided. Checked the damage and needed both front and back clips. Ordered and delivered in just a few days. In the mean time I had raised the window, taped it up with duct tape and was able to use the car.
Removing the old clips and "glue" was, to say the least, a real challenge due to limited access. Every thing provided in your kit worked great. All is now better than new and I save well over $1000.
Thank you

This is a great product! The parts fit perfectly and it only took about 45 minutes to repair the window. I had tried repairing the broken clips previously but they broke again after using a couple times. These clips won't break. I'm sure of it. There is no sense in buying a cheap alternative since they won't last. I would recommend this product if you want to do the job right.

I'm not typically a fix-it-yourself kind of guy, but when I learned that my local Lexus repair shop charges over $1,000 to replace the window clips on both the front windows of my ES 350, I had to find an alternate solution. The reason they charge that exorbitant rate is that they replace the entire window (which would cost me even more $ to get them tinted to match my current set-up). I found the Black Moose site and ordered one kit to replace both window clips on the driver's side as a trial run.
The step-by-step instructions were great and the aluminum window clips were a perfect fit. Because I'm a bit slower than the average DIY person, it took me about three hours, but I was able to get everything accomplished and the window works perfectly. I will now be ordering another kit to fix the passenger side. I highly recommend this product!

High quality materials and complete installation kit provided.

My 2007 ES 350 passenger side front window reach the fully closed position and I heard a clunk and then went to Google. Blue Moose Engineering had posted a fix on the Lexus club site. I the went to their website and got instructions to troubleshooting the window problem. I went to a uTube video that had detail instructions on how to remove the door panel. I followed them exactly and the door panel came off very easily. I then moved the window to the level required to see the clamps. Just as expected, the front clip had failed exactly as predicted by Blue Moose. I immediately ordered the part. It was delivered and fit perfectly. The kit included everything to remove the old clip and to install including gloves to handle the adhesive required for the fix. I let it sit a couple of days and it worked as planned. It was a good purchase.

Nice quality solid parts. Came with everything to make repairs. Easy to read instructions. Took me about 20 mins from start to finish. Thanks.

Positive experience, my garage fixed my window for me with your clips, front passenger side window, and they said they had no problems and that they would probably last the lifetime of the car. Charge was half of what Lexus would have charged. I know where to come should another window have the same problem!
Steve F.
Package has EVERYTHING you need to complete the job - color instructions, silicone glue, and even the nitrile gloves so you don't get the silicone glue on your fingers. It's still expensive, but you get good value from the kit. It's been on the car for 3 months now and not a single problem.
